Blackmail: Not so funny

The maker of Delhi Belly Abhinay Deo’s obsession with toilet continues. In Blackmail, his latest offering Dev (Irrfan Khan), a toilet-paper sales executive, one evening, finds his wife Reena (Kirti Kulhari)in bed with another man Ranjit  (Arunoday Singh). Dev, instead of killing both of them, decides to blackmail them, which triggers a series of hilarious episodes.

The screenplay by Parveez Shaikh is very shoddy while dialogue by Pradhuman Singh Mall are unable to hold the audience’s attention. Like Delhi Belly, Blackmail is also a dark comedy, but except Irrfan none of the actors can be said to be up to the mark.

  1. Tiger Shroff & Disha Patani awesome. Fighting scenes are awesome. But always expecting from Bollywood to show fighting scenes like Hollywood as if it seems real fighting. I read Critics review also at Bollywood Hungama news site which covers all kinds of Bollywood updates, so go to Bollywood Hungama.

  2. Great acting by Irrfan sir, great concept. A good plot with a nice storyline. Go for the movie, avoid the movie like Baaghi 2 (worst movie). Blackmail is the worth watching.
